New Ownership Taps JLL to Lease NJ Meadowlands Offices

JLL has been retained by new ownership as the exclusive leasing agent for 500 Plaza Dr., a 464,000-square-foot Class-A office property located in Secaucus, NJ. Signature Acquisitions, LLC, acquired the Meadowlands property earlier this year from Manulife Investment Management and has committed to upgrading it.

500 Plaza Dr. is currently 70% occupied by a diverse mix of corporate headquarter tenants, including medical testing firm Quest Diagnostics, dermo-cosmetic giant Pierre Fabre, The Children’s Place and real estate firm Hartz Mountain Industries. JLL is marketing approximately 133,000 square feet of available space.

The 11-story building is located within the 550-acre Harmon Meadow campus of restaurants, hotels, offices and apartments, clustered within a master-planned community that includes national and big box retail, LA Fitness Signature Club and a 14-screen movie theatre.

The JLL leasing team for 500 Plaza is led by executive managing director Tim Greiner and senior managing director David Stifelman.
