New Owner of Scottsdale Offices Adds P.F. Chang’s to Tenant Menu

Casual dining chain P.F. Chang’s China Bistro has selected Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center in Scottsdale, AZ for its corporate headquarters. The 53,599-square-foot lease is a win for the San Francisco-based Roxborough Group, which bought the 106,000-square-foot office property at 8377 E. Hartford Dr. as a major vacancy loomed.

“The Roxborough Group recently purchased the building knowing that half of the building would become vacant shortly after closing, but we were convinced due to the quality of the asset that there was an upside value in the vacancy,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Whittemore.

Within months of closing on the purchase, though, ownership landed a corporate HQ lease with “a great brand” in P.F. Chang’s, he added.

Whittemore and his Phoenix-based colleagues Greg Mayer, Jerry Noble and Patrick Schrimsher, represented the landlord. A separate Cushman & Wakefield team of Mitch Chilton and Tom Jacobs represented P.F. Chang’s.
