New One Two Pru Amenities Bring Home Life to the Office

One Two Pru, Wanxiang America Real Estate Group’s two-tower office and retail complex in Chicago’s East Loop, unveiled two new building amenities intended to bring home life to the office: The Nest, a private sanctuary for nursing parents; and Wooftop Terrace, an on-air rooftop relief space for dogs.

The new tenant amenities come on the heels of One Two Pru renewing its WELL Health-Safety Rating and RESET Air Certification, making it the largest commercial building in the world to accomplish this level of indoor air quality and tenant health.

“Our investment into health and wellness initiatives is paramount to us, and with more workers returning to the office, it was a top priority for us to find ways to help bring the comforts of home to work and improve the uses of our unparalleled outdoor space at One Two Pru,” said Greer Worthington, VP of culture & hospitality.
