New Office Concierge Service Debuts in Sacramento

New Office Concierge Service Debuts in Sacramento

Basin Street Properties, a Reno, NV-based real estate firm, has launched a concierge services tenant amenity program across its office portfolio in Sacramento, CA. Benefits offered to tenants include gift and shopping services, meal coordination and delivery and health and wellness arrangements.

“Concierge services are part of our efforts to provide the best possible work environment and amenities for our tenants,” said Stephanie Burlingame, COO at Basin Street. “We appreciate the current workplace challenges of bringing teams back to the office and attracting top talent, and we can boost our tenants’ efforts with welcoming, collaborative and productive campuses.”

According to the company, the concierge service aims to provide on demand assistance with many personal and professional tasks that are time consuming, tedious and distract from more productive work activities. The service, free to tenants at Basin Street properties, can also even leverage its vendor relationships to negotiate discounts on event tickets.
