New Office Building Planned for SoMa

San Francisco’s hot SoMa neighborhood looks like it will be home to a new office tower. Trumark Urban, one of the busiest condominium builders in the area, is building the nearly 50,000-square-foot structure at 598 Bryant St., just south of Market Street. The site, which is zoned for commercial uses, is currently home to a gas station.

Trumark’s new project will be nine stories and also offer 3,300 square feet of retail space on the bottom floor. Total cost is estimated at $30 million.
