New MOB Coming to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance

MedCore Partners unveiled plans to build a two-story, 65,000-square-foot medical office building on the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance campus in north Fort Worth. The 70%-preleased building will be anchored by Spine Team Texas, and will house the Texas Health Spine Surgery Center-Alliance. Other tenants will include Texas Health Resources and Texas Health Sports Medicine.

The project, located near Interstate 35 and Golden Triangle Boulevard, will be ready for occupancy in Q1 2020. MedCore’s Kyle Libby and Michael Collins are handling leasing activities.

“North Tarrant County has experienced tremendous growth since we opened our Alliance clinic in 2014. This growth marks an increased need for specialized, high-quality spine care,” said David Rothbart, MD, with Spine Team Texas.
