New Medical Building with Lab Services Coming to Medway 

Lobisser Companies has secured financing from Rockland Trust to develop a new medical building in Medway. The building will be leased long-term to Milford Regional Physician Group, a subsidiary of Milford Regional Hospital.  

The approximately 22,000 square feet medical office building will include laboratory services, x-ray, urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health.  

With nearly 90 parking spaces, the facility aims to provide expanded healthcare services to Medway and neighboring communities. The building is scheduled to open at 68A Main Street, Medway, MA, in early spring 2024. 

“This project represents Milford Regional’s commitment to offer expanded first class health care services to the Town of Medway and neighboring communities,” said Kevin Lobisser, president of Lobisser Companies.
