New Martine Owner Will Reap the Benefits for Many Years to Come

The Martine, a 67-unit garden-style multifamily property in Bellevue, recently sold to Washington-based DNXT LLC. The price was undisclosed.

Kenny Dudunakis, David Sorensen, Ben Johnson and George Pallis of Berkadia Seattle completed the sale on behalf of the seller.

“Bellevue is without a doubt one of the most sought-after markets on the West Coast for commercial real estate investment,” said Sorensen. “With its outstanding job story driven by global tech companies, impeccable demographics, nationally recognized public schools and excellent quality of life, the new owner of The Martine has chosen a great place to invest and will reap the benefits of this purchase for many years to come.”

Located at 13842 NE 8th St., The Martine features one- and two-bedroom floorplans with in-unit washers and dryers. The property has access to Bellevue Square, Bellevue Botanical Garden and Interstate 405.
