New Luxury Community Planned Near Philly

Toll Brothers, Inc. is planning a new community, Charterfield Landing, in Collegeville, a Philadelphia suburb.

The project will feature 55 home sites on approximately 57 acres. The community will be located at 4037 MacCormack Way in Collegeville and is anticipated to open for sale in winter 2025.

Charterfield Landing will offer home designs ranging in size from 3,520 to 4,658 square feet. The homes will feature open-concept floor plans with side-entry garages and basements, with prices starting from $1.1 million. The community is located in close proximity to premier shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
