James Avery and francesca’s signed new leases at Huebner Oaks, a 285,200-square-foot, open-air shopping center on San Antonio’s northwest side. Retail Properties of America Inc. owns the center.

Jewelry store James Avery will open in a 6,100-square-foot outparcel situated directly in front of Ulta. Boutique and gift store francesca’s is scheduled to open in early 2019, and will occupy 1,200 square feet.

RPAI just completed a new walkway connecting Huebner Oaks with a 360-unit The Mark|Huebner Oaks. The walkway connects residents from the apartment complex to the retail center’s primary water feature and renovated Starbucks patio. Furthermore, a new, large-format shared patio was recently completed, offering open-air seating, charging stations and bistro lighting for restaurants including Potbelly and Chipotle.
