The $130 million JW Marriott Dallas Arts District is open for business. The hotel was developed by the Sam Moon Group, with DPR Construction, HKS and Looney & Associates playing a role as well. The hotel is located at 800 North Harwood St.

The hotel, which took five years from start to finish, comprises 267 rooms and 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space throughout 22 floors.

In addition to lodging accommodations for guests, three restaurants also occupy space within the hotel. Margaret’s is a three-meal ranch-to-table dining concept located on the 11th floor. Vincent’s Sky Lounge will serve small bites and cocktails to pair with views of the Dallas sky. 800 North is a cocktail lounge serving wines and small bites in addition to its cocktail menu.  

Amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas and a 24-hour fitness center.
