New Jersey Spec Office Development Set to Commence

Toll Brothers City Living plans to break ground this summer on a 12-story office building at 1000 Maxwell Lane in Hoboken, NJ. The 125,000-square-foot mixed-use project is the final building within Toll Brothers’ mixed-use development at historic Maxwell Place.

Located at the intersection of 11th Street and Maxwell Lane in uptown Hoboken, 1000 Maxwell Lane will include additional street-level retail, seven stories of state-of-the-art office, and five stories of elegant condominiums.

Toll Brothers City Living’s Henry Waller says, “In addition to being the first speculative office project during the current market cycle, the unique layout represents a fresh, thoughtful and integrated approach to meeting the distinct development needs of uptown Hoboken.”

Transwestern’s Matt McDonough is handling leasing at the building.
