Shlomo Gelemter has joined Spur House Partners, a newly launched services firm, as managing director

New Investment Sales Firm Spur House Hires Managing Director 

Spur House Partners, a newly launched Manhattan-based investment sales firm, has hired Shlomo Gelernter, as managing director. The firm provides full service commercial real estate brokerage services, along with asset management advisory for mixed use and multifamily property owners in New York City.  

Gelernterbegan his career in real estate as a broker at Marcus and Millichap’s Manhattan office. He transitioned into a senior acquisitions role at Pinkstone Capital. After a brief career in acquisitions, he worked as managing director of sales at Arch Equities and then in 2017 joined Besen Partners as a broker. 

During his career, Gelernter has closed more than $350 million in sales in his tenure as a broker. “I am excited to put both my experience working at big, small and boutique real estate companies and the best traits at each shop to work at Spur House Partners to make it a success,” he said.
