New Industrial Park Coming to Northeast Houston

Jackson-Shaw is developing the Northeast Crossing urban industrial park. It’s located on the northeast corner of Wallisville Road and Shadrack Street.

The 27.45 acre park will consist of one building totaling 424,404 square feet with a cross-dock configuration and 420 feet in depth. The typical bay is 56 x 50 feet, with truck courts of 130 to 185 feet and ample trailer parking.

Jackson-Shaw’s Grant Pearson says the demand is still high for this type of project, “We’re confident the strategic infill location of Northeast Crossing will be a welcome addition for e-commerce and supply chain companies.”

Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2023. Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor. CBRE’s Jason Dillee and Nathan Wynne are managing the leasing assignment.
