New Indoor Playground Concept Coming to Anne Arundel

Hyper Kidz, an indoor playground concept, has chosen Waugh Chapel Business Park in Anne Arundel County as the location for its third facility in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. The franchise owner, Krishna Hazarika, signed a lease for 14,991 square feet of space within 987 Waugh Chapel Way.

The playground promotes social interaction, creative thinking, problem-solving, and physical development without the use of electronics. The facility is divided into different zones for different age groups, providing a safe and engaging environment for children. Waugh Chapel Business Park offers flexible and sustainable space with LEED certification potential.

Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Evan Albert and Michael Stoltz of mfi Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.
