Small companies need office space, too. AnestasiA Vodka will move its headquarters from Soho to a new, 1,000-square-foot space on the second floor of 319 W. 39th St., a 140,000-square-foot boutique office building catering to a wide variety of creative companies.

“AnestasiA Vodka is a world-class firm with an elegant product that continues to expand its global market share,” said Richard Farley, executive vice president for Handler Real Estate Organization, owner of the property. “They wanted a centrally located headquarters with convenient access to transportation and to occupy space in a building with other creative firms.

AnestasiA is a family-owned and operated business whose vodka is produced in Bend, Ore., on a 24-acre farm, and distributed throughout the world.
