New Haven Apartment Portfolio Sold for $7M

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a 44-unit apartment portfolio in New Haven, Connecticut, comprising properties at 91, 95, and 97 Howe Street. The portfolio was sold for $6.61 million.  

Wes Klockner, Eric Pentore, and Ross Friedel, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an LLC­­­. The buyer, a New York-based LLC, was also procured by the same specialists.  

The portfolio includes studio apartments and three-bedroom units, offering a mix of rental options with access to Yale University campuses and shopping/dining districts in downtown New Haven.
