New Hampshire Retail Property Trades for $8M

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the $7.7 million sale of an 83,500-square-foot retail property leased to Ashley Furniture Homestore in Nashua, N.H.

The property was built in 2015 and is located at 168 Daniel Webster Hwy, 40 miles northwest of downtown Boston.

Chuck Evans of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, who was undisclosed, in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
