New Hampshire Assets Snagged by Mass. Buyer

Liner Retail Properties LLC, headquartered in Burlington, MA, closed on two retail buildings leased to Old Navy and Burger King. Spitbrook Shopping Center LLC sold the properties at 4 East Spit Brook Rd. (Old Navy) and adjacent 232 Daniel Webster Hwy. (Burger King) in Nashua, NH for $12.5 million.

The Old Navy sits on 1.8 acres, while the Burger King is on 1.4 acres. Combined, the two adjacent properties total 27,673 square feet.

According to Aubrey Cannuscio with Linear Retail, the acquisitions represent a continuation of what the company already owns. “We own six other properties on that stretch, and along Route 101A, so this is a continuation of our commitment to the area,” Cannuscio told the Union-Leader.
