New Glazing Industries, Ltd. leased 39,696 square feet at Turnpike 4, 2130 French Settlement Rd. in Dallas. Younger Partners’ Carter Crow represented the landlord, which is listed as BCO Turnpike Ltd. The listing was traced to Billingsley Co., according to public records.

According to the website, Turnpike 4 is part of the 606,835-square-foot Turnpike Distribution Center, which is situated just off Interstate 30, west of downtown Dallas. The Billingsley Co. website also noted that the space had been available since late 2017, with the asking rental rate at $3.90 per square foot, triple net.

New Glazing industries operates as a subsidiary of Ply Gem Holdings Inc. Ply Gem, headquartered in North Carolina, manufactures and distributes home renovation products and services. Products include doors and windows.
