New Family Court for DT New Rochelle
Westchester County’s Board of Legislators has signed off on a 35,000-square-foot lease for a new Family Court building in downtown New Rochelle, NY. The property at 26 Garden St. will be constructed by Simone Development and the Stagg Group.
“With easy access to mass transit and close proximity to population centers, the new Family Court will be in the best position to serve the residents of our region effectively,” said New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson.
At Stagg Group, founder Mark Stagg said: “This Stagg/Simone partnership highlights the synergies of two of the most well-respected and long-standing development companies in the New York Metropolitan area.” His partner on the project, Simone Development President Joe Simone, said the team looked forward to creating “a facility worthy of the Queen City of the Sound, and serving as an integral part of a revitalized downtown for years to come.”
