New England Baseball Complex Comes Under New Lease, Management

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed a 23.5-acre long-term land lease at the New England Baseball Complex in Northborough, MA.

Matthew Quinlan, Alex Berger and Trevor Holmes of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston facilitated the transaction between the tenant, 3STEP Sports, and the owner, New England Baseball Enterprises, LL. 3STEP Sports will take over all operations of NEBC.

The complex is known for hosting several conferences and tournaments for youth and college-level teams. NEBC is fully equipped with three playing fields, dugouts and a concession stand. NEBC fields can also be used for many other sports.

“NEBC is a fully equipped and functioning facility that made it an ideal location for 3STEP to operate as they continue to expand their footprint in the Northeast and across the country,” Quinlan said.

The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and serves more than 2.5 million athletes across eight sports.
