New Empire Launches Sales at Luxury Condo Project in Woodside

New Empire Corp. has launched sales at Centric, a luxury 131-unit condominium currently under construction in Woodside, Queens. Located at 58-01 Queens Blvd., the property’s design is a collaboration between Tang Studio and Whitehall Interiors.

“With each of our projects throughout New York City, we continue to elevate and push forward what is possible,” said Bentley Zhao, chairman and CEO of New Empire Corp. “Centric is among the pinnacle of our achievements, with its luxury finishes, expansive lifestyle amenities, and prime location at the crossroads of Western Queens.  The goal for this Project from its initial conception has been to contribute to the continued transformation of Woodside.”

Centric’s sales gallery is located at 1201 Jackson Ave in Long Island City and shared with Radiant, New Empire’s new Long Island City luxury condo development. Sales are led by The Bethoney Shen Team at Nest Seekers International, and marketing co-exclusive agent One Realty, with prices beginning at $635,000.
