New Empire Corp, ODA Break Ground on New LIC Residential Building
New Empire Corp, in partnership with ODA, have broke ground on a new residential project at 24-01 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City, Queens. The project received the “NYC Innovation in Design of 2023 Award” from the City Council.
Designed by ODA, the 19-story building will feature on-site parking, communal outdoor areas, a penthouse resident lounge, and a fitness center.
“Long Island City is fast becoming a cultural destination, with exciting nightlife, diverse dining options and a burgeoning art community,” said Bentley Zhao, chairman and CEO of New Empire.
