Arenaman building $80M Buda Gateway

New Development Group Gets OK for $80M Buda Industrial Project

Developer Arenaman secured approval from Buda City Council for its first vertical project. The $80 million, 500,000-square-foot development, called Buda Gateway, is planned to include five speculative industrial warehouse buildings across 49 acres near the corner of Robert S. Light Boulevard and Farm to Market Road 967 in the city south of Austin.

The developer’s aim is to start construction next summer and bring the buildings online in the summer of 2025.

The project is being built speculatively. The development will be close to the region’s big manufacturing facilities, like Tesla Inc.’s gigafactory in eastern Travis County.

Arenaman was founded in 2022 as a partnership between Josh Delk and Gabe Bruehl. Together they have over thirty-five years of development experience in Central Texas.
