Newly-Delivered La Habra Transloading Distribution Facility Divested
West Harbor Capital sold a newly developed last mile transloading eCommerce distribution facility situated on 11 acres in La Habra. The property is 100% leased to a national credit tenant and the facility was acquired by an unnamed institutional investor.
Located at 555 S. Harbor Blvd., the property consists of 34,320 square feet of transloading package terminals, 78 loading positions, 246 van stalls, 51 trailer stalls, 928 square feet of office space, and the site also includes 2.6 acres for future expansion.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Cole, Jeff Chiate, Ed Hernandez, Mike Adey, and Bryce Aberg represented the seller.
Cole says, “Built in 2020, this unique opportunity reflected a new ‘alternative industrial investment’ of a state-of-the-art trans load facility with exceptional van and small truck parking and circulation servicing last mile parcels for North Orange County, and parts of Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley.”
