Amenity-rich NOVEL at Turtle Creek opens up in Dallas

New Dallas High-Rise Brings the Extras

Multifamily developer Crescent Communities has completed an amenity-rich, 20-story apartment high-rise project in the Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn area of Dallas.

NOVEL Turtle Creek features 206 units in one-, two- and three-bedroom formats, including penthouse units on the top two floors. Rents start at $2,900 per month for a one-bedroom unit.

A full slate of lavish amenities include a fifth floor that houses an outdoor deck with a pool and kitchen space, Concierge service and curbside valet, resident lounge with morning coffee service, a private resident bar and poolside service to residents, two reservable guest suites for visitors of all ages, a fitness center featuring Matrix cardio and weight machines, 24-hour package lockers and on-site storage rooms available, controlled access parking garage and VIP reservable parking and on-site electric vehicle charging stations.

WDG Architecture designed the building, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction served as the general contractor.
