Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of The Willard, a 30-unit multifamily property located at 510 Willard St. in Quincy, MA. The asset sold for $13.5 million.

“The Willard is a newly constructed boutique luxury apartment building that offers investors a high-quality, turnkey asset featuring modern finishes, spacious floor plans, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, and separately metered utilities including water,” said Evan Griffith, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office.

Added Tony Pepdjonovic, senior managing director, “Located just off Interstate 93, this commuter-friendly Quincy location provides convenient access to local amenities as well as downtown Boston. We continue to see investors target high-quality locations with strong fundamentals. This property was 100% occupied at the close of escrow.”

Pepdjonovic and Griffith exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller.

The property was built in 2025, with a unit mix of 24 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom apartments. The property is situated in South Quincy, approximately nine miles south of Boston.
