Essex Realty has been hired to sell 2725-2737 N. Ashland Ave., a new-construction apartment complex in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood

New-Construction Lincoln Park Apartments Hit the Market

Essex Realty Group has been retained to market for sale the Arden of Lincoln Park, a new-construction luxury boutique apartment building at 2725-2737 N. Ashland Ave. In Lincoln Park. The property is listed at $13,249,000.

Completed in 2020, t2725-2737 N. Ashland includes three center-entrance buildings, each with six apartment units. The unit mix consists of three- and five-bedroom apartment floorplans, some of which are duplex units.

“The property exhibits a first-class living experience with amenities that include a fitness center, recreation/game room, and business center,’ said Matt Feo, the listing broker on the property. “In this post-COVID world, large units like this with multiple levels are in high demand amongst renters and tend to have lower turnover.”

He continued, “The property presents a rare opportunity to acquire a luxury-new construction apartment building, steps from DePaul University’s campus, with unparalleled access to trendy restaurants, local coffee shops, and evening entertainment options.”
