New Coffee Shop Leases 1,650-SF on Broome St
Project Cozy, a new coffee and juice concept, will move into the 1,650-square-foot ground floor of a New York University dormitory at 398 Broome St. this summer.
“Broome Street is one of the hottest retail corridors in New York City,” said James Famularo, senior director for Eastern Consolidated. “Project Cozy will be opening at the epicenter of Nolita’s restaurant scene.
Project Cozy is the brainchild of two native New Yorkers and recent business school graduates, Simon Ho and Jack Liang, and partner Nathan Leong of ECL New York, Corp. Liang also is the founder of PokeSpot in Union Square.
