New Building 70% Leased in Clinton Hill

In just two months, the 29 luxury apartments at Myrtle are already more than 70% leased. That’s a very fast lease-up for the new development in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, close to the Brooklyn Navy Yard and the border with Bedford Stuyvesant.

The mid-rise building at 531 Myrtle Ave. is the first of a pair of luxury rental homes known as Myrtle & Steuben. Prices for available units start at $2,850 a month.

“Clinton Hill is currently experiencing a residential renaissance, and we are excited to be contributing not only one, but two high-quality additions to this neighborhood,” said Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone Development, developer of the two new home communities.

The second building, at 100 Steuben St., will begin renting its 43 residences in the upcoming weeks.
