New-Build Luxury Apartments Trade in Merrimack

A CBRE team led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin arranged the sale of Slate at Merrimack, a 224-unit, 100% market rate, luxury apartment community located in Merrimack, NH. The sale price for the complex, across the street from Fidelity Investments’ one-million-square-foot campus, was not disclosed.

CBRE exclusively represented the seller, LeCesse Development Corporation, a multi-state developer and owner of multifamily properties. The team also procured the buyer, a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and commercial properties.

Butler said, “We are pleased to have represented the seller in the sale of The Slate at Merrimack. The community is strategically located just off Route 3 directly across the street from Fidelity Investments Merrimack Campus and adjacent to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. The community should outperform given the quality of execution, lack of supply and the dynamic Southern New Hampshire economy.”
