New-Build Harlem Apartments Sold for $19M 

A 48-unit apartment property located at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard in Harlem was sold for $18.8 million. The seller is a large institution. The buyer is a private investor with institutional backing. Names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. 

The transaction was managed by Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, Seth Glasser, Michael Fusco, Benny Katz, and Jeremy M. Klausner from Marcus & Millichap’s NYC office.
