Cores Spaces to build 408-unit BTR community in Princeton

New BTR Developer to Build 408-Units in Dallas Suburb

Core Spaces will bring Oxenfree, a Build-to-Rent (“BTR”) community, to Princeton, Texas. Core began construction this spring on the 408-home, ground up development and homes are slated to be delivered starting in April 2024. It’s Core Spaces first Texas BTR project.

Core’s Oxenfree communities will be centered around walkable neighborhoods, shared spaces and integration with the natural landscape. Spanning over 50 acres, Oxenfree at Princeton will feature a varied unit mix of homes, 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. The collection of four different home categories will include single-family homes and townhomes with architectural designs in three distinct styles: modern farmhouse, warm industrial, and contemporary.

The heart of Oxenfree at Princeton will be the “Fieldhouse”, which will feature a coworking area, health club, market, social lounge and kids’ playroom, as well as a resort quality pool.
