New Brokerage Launches with Focus on Boston-Area Multifamily

Grove Property Group (GPG), a new brokerage specializing in multifamily sales in Boston and the surrounding area, has opened its doors. Founders John Federico and Ryan Quinn and their team bring a track record of more than $800 million in closed transactions to the new venture, combining Federico’s deep understanding of the Boston market, and Quinn’s analytical skills and strategic insights.

“Our team has a deep understanding of the Boston market, specifically North End and South Boston, and we’re excited to apply that knowledge to help our clients achieve their real estate goals,” said Federico. “We pride ourselves on providing hands-on service and inside market knowledge to each of our clients, and we’re committed to delivering every time.”

GPG will offer a wide range of services to clients, including property sales, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, leasing and property management. The brokerage is based in South Boston but serves clients throughout the surrounding area.
