New Braunfels Developer Duo Building Condos, Office, Retail
Seals Family Properties and New Braunfels-based Gillum Development are expected to break ground on The Neue, a mixed-use project that will feature 46 condominium units, office space, and retail space. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2026.
The 72,000-square-foot project, which is estimated to cost about $20 million, will be located at 699 W. San Antonio St. in New Braunfels.
The Neue will feature three professional office spaces totaling 3,300 square feet and two retail spaces totaling 2,000 square feet.
The condominium project will also offer an array of amenities, including a:
- Dog park
- Pet washing station
- Fitness room
- Resort-style pool
- Courtyard
The Neue is slated to be completed by spring of 2027. On its website, Seals Family Properties says their mission is to invest in and revitalize properties across Texas with integrity, vision, and purpose.
