Solms Landing is a game changer for New Braunfels. The $500 million master planned community will include single-family homes, a farmers market and office building. The project will also feature restaurants, a hotel, walking and biking trails and multiple parks…and an apartment complex.

The 340 units designated for the complex will span nine buildings, and amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool and dog park. Allen Harrison Co. is the project’s developer and general contractor. Austin’s Davies Collaborative is the architect. 

Allen Harrison began construction late April. First units are anticipated to be delivered in the second quarter of 2024. The Solms Landing website says, “Spanning 98 acres in the second fastest growing city in the United States, Solms Landing will integrate fine dining, upscale shopping, high end living and Class A office into a thriving mixed use development.”
