New Apartment Community Debuts in Northwest DC

Crescent Communities’ NOVEL 14th Street, a brand-new upscale multifamily community offering 197 apartment homes, has opened.

Incorporating DC’s newest coffee social house, Land of a Thousand Hills, NOVEL 14th Street is located just north of the U Street Corridor at 2601 14th Street NW. “At NOVEL 14th Street, we’ve created a community that honors the rich heritage of its neighborhood while embracing the energy of today’s residents,” said Brandon Wright, Crescent Communities’ Managing Director for Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.

NOVEL 14th Street offers a fitness center and yoga studio overlooking The Retreat, an outdoor communal green space perfect for wellness. The property also has public and private coworking spaces, a resident lounge, library, and game room, and an outdoor entertainment area overlooking the District. Just a short walk from Metro’s Green Line, the community is close to restaurants, galleries, creative cocktail bars and venues.
