New Active Senior Community Coming to Carrollton

Avenida Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners are collaborating on a new ten-acre 55+ community in Carrollton. Construction will begin soon on the 155-unit project. It will be located at 1875 Arbor Creek Dr.

The project will include one and two bedroom models and the units will range from 686 to 1,285 square feet. 48 duplex and triplex cottages will also be available and those units will range from 1,360 to 1,490 square feet. In addition, residents will have access to 35,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenities.

Units are expected to be available in 2024. Project partners include Meeks + Partners and KWA Construction.
