Marriott Fort Lauderdale

New $175M Fort Lauderdale Hotel to Carry Marriott Brand

Moss joined G. Holdings and Marriott International to break ground recently on The Dunes Fort Lauderdale, an Autograph Collection Hotel, in Fort Lauderdale. Located along A1A at 441 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, the Dunes Fort Lauderdale is being developed by Granite (G.Holdings), with Moss as construction manager. The 16-story, 206,000-square-foot hotel—estimated at more than $175 million—will feature 205 guest rooms, an ocean-facing restaurant, a mezzanine-level event venue, a third-floor pool and bar deck, and a rooftop bar and dining venue with panoramic views.

The hotel designer is FSMY Architects & Planners.

Moss has offices in Florida, Texas and Hawaii. The company has overseen a number of hospitality industry projects in Florida, such as The Opal Sol Resort in Clearwater, St. Regis Resort and Residences in Longboat Key, Florida, and JW Marriott Beach and Resort in Clearwater.
