JAGreen Development LLC (JAG) is partnering with Raith Capital on the development of a new two million square foot industrial park in Aurora, Colorado. The AEROS Logistics Center will be located south of the Denver International Airport along the 56th Avenue corridor with easy access to E-470 to the West and I-70 to the South.

AEROS is being master-planned for a number of uses including logistics, distribution, manufacturing, construction, and data centers. Companies will have the option for build-to-suit for sale or lease.

JAG already owns the JAG Logistics Center, a 260-acre industrial park at 64th Avenue and Powhatan Road in Aurora.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented JAG in the sale and will also handle marketing for AEROS.
