Neutralogics Becomes FL Property’s First Tenant

Neutralogics has signed a lease with L&B Realty Advisors to take down 105,920 square feet in the latter’s Airport North Logistics Park, which is currently under development in Medley, FL. Neutralogics, which handles freight management, imports and exports and distribution, is the development’s first tenant.

Airport North Logistics Park is a 45-acre complex at 8502 N.W. 80th St. Upon completion, the project will offer four buildings totaling approximately 900,000 square feet.
