Neutraderm Expands West Coast HQ with Third Chatsworth Facility

Neutraderm, a medical-grade skincare manufacturer, has expanded its footprint in the San Fernando Valley with the purchase of a third industrial building located at 20680 Nordhoff St. in Chatsworth for $21 million. Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura principals Erica Balin and Scott Caswell facilitated the deal representing the buyer. The seller was Nordhoff XC, LLC.

The property will be combined with two other nearby structures, a facility located around the corner at 9000 Lurline Ave., and Neutraderm’s current West Coast headquarters at 20600 Nordhoff St., located next door. The result is a three-building, 115,000-square-foot complex that will serve as the flagship headquarters complex for the Southern California region.

“We are seeing a major influx of companies seeking innovative manufacturing spaces as they expand in Southern California,” said Balin. “This submarket is not only attracting new companies; those that are already here are seeking creative ways to expand their footprint and plant their flag firmly in the San Fernando Valley for the long term. This is a strategic real estate play for the company and will set the stage for their continued strategic operational efficiency.”
