Neurology and Fusion Center Will Double Capacity with Renovations

The Neurology and Infusion Center of New England has broken ground on its new facility at 18 Washington St. in Foxborough, MA. Timberline Construction Corp. was selected to transform the existing two-story, 20,000-square-foot building into a new home for the growing practice.

The renovated facility will expand the Center’s capacity by doubling its space. The first floor will feature the infusion center, physical therapy area, exam rooms and office space. The second floor will include additional exam rooms and a dedicated research space.

Timberline is collaborating with the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England, alongside The Colwell Group (architect), CoreStates Group (engineer) and project manager Ed Zielinski. Completion of the project is expected in January 2026.

Industry leaders from CommonSpirit, Meridian, Adventist Health and Anchor Health will share insights shaping the future of healthcare real estate. Be part of the conversation at Connect Healthcare Real Estate, October 14–15 in Irvine: www.ConnectHealthcareCRE2025.com
