NeueHouse Expands into DTLA’s Iconic Bradbury Building
Connect Bay Area is coming up July 18, 2019 at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Get more information, and register to attend on this link.
NeueHouse is expanding into Downtown Los Angeles at one of the city’s iconic properties. The private workspace and cultural hub is taking 25,000 square feet on the second-floor of the landmark Bradbury Building.
Slated to open in November, the DTLA location will join NeueHouse’s Hollywood flagship to create a second west coast base. Members can tap into creative spaces for work, events and cross-community collaboration at a distinctive building that was built in 1893. Amenities will include gallery and private offices, lobby café, conference spaces and a meditation nap room.
NeueHouse’s Josh Wyatt says, “The expansion to the iconic Bradbury Building will allow us to enhance the membership experience even further in the areas of creative workspaces, programming and social spaces.”
The Bradbury Building was Los Angeles’ very first commercial building. The five-story structure at 304 South Broadway is renowned for its ornate ironwork and sky-lit atrium of access walkways and bird-cage elevators.
