NetJets Opens New Las Vegas Facility
NetJets is opening its newly constructed facility in Las Vegas. The project is being developed in partnership with Signature Aviation.
Las Vegas is among the top destinations sought out by NetJets Owners. Demand has consistently increased since 2022, with flight activity growing nearly 45%, totaling almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. This trend has continued into 2026; since the start of this year, demand has been nearly 30% higher compared to the same period in 2025.
The campus, totaling more than 300,000 square feet of dedicated infrastructure, combines a premium private Owner terminal, two hangars, including an Executive Jet Management facility, a NetJets Service Hub, and expansive preferred-use ramp space.
The private terminal offers a lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a dedicated family room. Other amenities include a refreshment bar and a six-seat A/V-equipped conference room/private dining room. A 2,500 square foot full-service catering kitchen, to be operated by a third-party vendor, is still being outfitted.
