Netflix has signed a major lease in Hollywood, which will double its Los Angeles-area office space. The entertainment company is moving into about 200,000 square feet at the 14-story Icon Building at Sunset Bronson Studios, thereby relocating its Southern California operations from Beverly Hills to Hollywood. The high-rise office tower is being developed by Hudson Pacific Properties, and scheduled for completion in 2017.

Netflix is also reportedly expanding operations at its Los Gatos headquarters, more than doubling in size with the acquisition of an additional 240,000 square feet.
