Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. arranged the sale of a 43,770-square-foot net-leased Walmart property located in Malden, MO. The asset sold for $2,937,500.

Jared Shapiro, Craig Fuller, Erin E. Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Shapiro, Fuller, Patton and Wiles. David Saverin, Missouri broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

The Walmart is located at 1007 N Douglass St, in Malden, in southeast Missouri. The property has five years remaining on the lease and closed as an all-cash transaction, with a very competitive bidding process.
