Net-Leased 7-Eleven Trades for $3M in Tampa

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $3.2-million sale of a 2,940-square-foot retail property in Brandon, a densely-populated suburban area located east of Tampa. The free-standing property is currently triple-net leased to convenience store chain 7 Eleven, Inc., with more than 13 years remaining on the initial lease term.

Built in 2018, the convenience store and gas station is situated on nearly an acre at 700 W. Brandon Blvd.

The Cushman & Wakefield Retail Investment Sales Team of Patrick Berman, Jason Donald and Todd Tolbert represented the seller, Brandon Gas and Grocery LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was Lenobel Company.
