Net Lease Platform B + E Opens Chicago Office

B+E, a tech-driven brokerage and trading platform for net lease real estate, has branched out to Chicago and has hired Tim Hain as director and founding senior member of the office. The B+E Chicago office will be located at 980 N. Michigan Ave., and joins B+E’s offices in New York City, San Francisco and Tampa.

“We are very excited to open our Chicago office and that Tim Hain will join our team,” said Camille Renshaw, B+E CEO. “Tim is a highly respected senior broker with a great track record in the office and industrial segment, and we are thrilled to have him aboard.”

Hain started his CRE career in Chicago in 1993 with JMB Realty’s then newly-formed retail REIT, Urban Shopping Centers. From there, he went into office and industrial at Duke Realty, a two-year stint with Avison Young and, most recently, his own brokerage firm, Hain Commercial Realty.

Get to know us and Chicago’s commercial real estate elite at Connect Media’s Chicago launch event, scheduled for Nov. 8.
